Buenos días herman os y hermanas. I know I already asked about this earlier, but Kinja flushed out a bunch of old responses. I am studying Spanish and I would like to read some online content about cars written in Spanish. Can you make any recommendations? Preferably some decent quality stuff, not rude nor childish. Suggestions? ¡Muchisimas gracias!

You use the diminutive of brother and the regular term for sister... Which is interesting...

Also of note muchisimas gracias is correct... But it’s a bit more appreciative than muchas gracias or simply gracias , in case you want to keep it in mind. Most often if someone says muchisimas gracias  usually they feel some form of outstanding gratitude.

I think top gear España is not bad, and motorpasion is good cus it talks about the latin american market too. Then there’s unocero and parentesis if you want a more millennial-ish style but it’s not like jalopnik in any way.

I currently speak no Spanish as what I ever knew is long gone from my brain, but this is what we used to watch when I was stationed in Spain.

Thanks for the reply. The use of the diminutive hermanito was entirely accidental and I edited that out . I wasn’t thinking about it at all and I’m a little surprised that it showed up! When I was learning German many years ago, they distinguished between formal and familiar. I’ve always thought of hermanito in familiar terms, as opposed to diminutive. I may have misused muchisimas slightly, but it was my intent to show many thanks and much respect to any correspondents willing to lend me their opinion. Perhaps the usage is overly obsequious.

I am taking lessons from a woman in Guatemala whose laptop died and I want to send her another one, but it seems nigh unto impossible these days with the coronavirus.
